How do I make an order?
Just click on the product of your choice, add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can also be changed. Then click 'checkout' to fill out your shipping and payment details. Either enter your credit card details to pay for your chosen items or we also offer other payment options.
How do I care for my purchase?
Flaxbloom Linen
All our linen is prewashed and ready to wear. Over time, it will soften and drape.
Please wash all linen on a gentle cycle using a mild natural detergent, or handwash.
Hang it in the shade to dry, never in direct sunshine.
Whether you iron the garment is a personal preference – we prefer to let our linen soften

Care: Gentle hand wash in tepid water.
Dry: Lay or hang to air dry in the shade.
Market Of Stars
Hand-wash by swishing your piece around in cool or lukewarm water with a mild detergent for a minute or two before rinsing. (Avoid leaving your piece to soak, since this can weaken natural fibres over time.)
Lightly squeeze out the excess water, then roll up in a towel to remove additional moisture. Gently shake out and reshape your piece in all directions, and hang or lay flat to dry.
Finish with an iron or steamer if needed :)
What is Flaxbloom sizing like?
Each style has a sizing chart on the page.
Generally, if a style is described as “tailored” it is designed to fit to the body. These designs often have side or back zips to ensure a closer fit.
“Relaxed fit” means the style is looser and designed to drape and hang from the shoulders. These styles are often perfect for layering.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout: Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us.
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay & Shop Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Who do you use for Shipping?
Generally, we use NZ Post Couriers.
Courier charges are $10.00 for North Island and $12.50 for South Island. We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $199.
How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Most orders take 2-4 days nationwide, with rural and South Island orders usually taking an extra day.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
